From I 5: Go to Mukilteo and take the ferry to Clinton (ferries run every half hour with variations for evenings and holidays.) From Clinton, stay on the main road (highway SR525) for about 8 miles, past Bayview Rd intersection (traffic lights, shopping center.) Continue about one mile; then turn left onto Useless Bay Rd. Useless Bay bends to the right, becoming Millman Rd. Continue, going straight across Double Bluff Rd onto Lancaster Rd. After driving about 3 miles, turn left onto Wahl Rd. The Tahoma Monastery is about 1 mile down the road. Please pause watchfully—one breath—to look for oncoming traffic before turning left into the entrance.

From the north of Whidbey Island: At the stoplights near Freeland, turn right onto Fish Rd . Turn left onto Woodard Rd. At the T junction turn left onto Mutiny Bay Rd. Turn at the next right onto Wahl Rd and continue to Tahoma Monastery (about 1 mile). Please pause for a few moments to watch for oncoming traffic before turning left into the entrance.
